Ballerina logo Accessing The Space Within To Deal With Stage Fright

In stepping on stage one must face complexes and fear, and cope with physical and psychological discomfort.  This experiential seminar will address problems of stage fright and creative blocks.  Yoga is a means for the body, mind and spirit to be united.  Simple yoga poses will be employed and well as reflection on Jung’s writings on yoga and meditation.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Elisabeth Pomès is a bilingual (English and French) psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst in private practice in Toronto and the GTA, Canada. Since 1998, she has been counselling and helping people in various issues affecting their well-being. For a number of years, she focused on the demands made on performing artists, and created workshops and classes entitled Performance Without Fear, to help artists who experienced creative blocks, and, at times, debilitating stage fright.
