ARCHETYPE OF THE CHILD AND INDIVIDUATION

The individuation process is a continuing process of change and renewal. In this lecture we shall look at the constellation of the child archetype in our dreams and our imaginations as they reflect our individuation process.

Zeljko Matijevic is jungian analyst and physician. He was born in Zagreb, Croatia. Education in Croatia, (Medical School) and Germany. While in Germany, specializing in internal medicine, he became interested in psychosomatic medicine. He went to study at the Jung Institute in Zurich. Moving to Canada in 1989 he currently maintains a busy practice in Calgary. In addition to lecturing on topics concerning our relation to the unconscious, he leads study groups in analytical psychology and workshops on dreams, myths and fairy tales.
