Martha Newell
Persona and Sound
On Persona and Sound, the Persona is one of the main concepts in the Jungian description of the Psyche. Along with the Ego, Self, Anima, Animous and Shadow, the Persona gives a particular perspective to the part of our own psychological makeup that interacts with others. It can be described as the membrane between our inner psychological life and the outer world.
Persona takes many forms in our choice of dress, our facial expressions and how we sound to others. This lecture focuses on the relationship between Persona and Sound.
